OUR POLICY

We won't hassle you over a return.🙌

Most of our customers love our products because they work! However, we understand that no single product can meet everyone's needs 100% of the time. That's why we give you 3 months to make sure it works for you!

We accept returns of domestic orders within 90 days of the date the order was shipped.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you don't love your product within 90-Days, drop us a line  >>  customer.service@TheLabAndCompany.com or visit our contact page. Please include your full name and order number.

We cannot be responsible for returns sent without prior approval. You can send your return via your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing tracking, but please do NOT include “signature required” in case we’re out to lunch or whipping up something new in the lab.

REFUNDS

While we don’t cover return shipping costs, we’ll process your refund promptly within 2-4 days of receiving your product.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
